Who wouldn’t want a home that is quintessentially cool? “Ocean breeze, lots of sunshine, and a place to chill …aah, that’s life!”

This was the vision the owner of the house shared with us when we first met. He had already rebuilt his house, but he needed creative ADU designers to convert his garage into his retreat spot.

We connected the garage to the main house and thus created a “design flaw”. The added extra square footage allowed for two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and two bathrooms.
The result was nothing short of spectacular.
