Every project begins with property City Research. This is a critical step that ensures no surprises along the building process. Our experienced and trained runners and researchers visit a city and spend as much time as necessary studying the property. Often that means obtaining information from Building and Safety, Grading, Public Works, and City Planning; all at the same time.
Why this step is so important?
We have experienced numerous situations where customers “had plans” or their architect or contractor “did everything”. While in some very rare cases this proved to be true, most times there has been always something that has been overlooked which in turn delayed a project and created unnecessary frustration for the customer. By conducting our own research, we guarantee that no surprises will occur in the future.
Upon the client’s approval of the plans, we file for a permit and in a short period of time, we obtain a permit for our customers.
