Hollywood is a place where one can find many “hidden treasures”. Like our client that found her “treasure”, dream property: a two-story, one-bedroom house. Unfortunately, 111 years took their toll on this house, and the owner turned to our team of designers to recreate the original glory of the house.

Without changing the original square footage, we were able to improve the layout by adding an open-space, first floor with a kitchen, full bathroom, and plenty of storage under the staircase. On the second floor, we re-designed the layout and added a master bedroom, children’s room, and a full bathroom.
