The owner of this ADU is a successful business owner. She needed extra space due to her growing business. Rather than spending tons of money on renting an office, she opted to convert her own garage into her dream office.

After consulting with the client, we suggested that we add additional square footage to the garage and create an open layout office. Using the existing 400 sq. ft, we added another 175 sq. ft and created a highly functional office space with tons of storage, a kitchen, a visitor’s area, and a full bathroom. The client could not have been happier!
